i dropped my truck off at 10am and was told that it would be ready by 6pm. At 6pm the service that I requested had not been completed. Went back the next day at NOON, service still wasn't completed. I had to drive away without getting all required serviced completed. Also, when I came here to leave a review I noticed that the receptionist Fatima Saab left a GREAT review for the service she received. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that she works there. The only reason I went to them is because there closer to home however I will be returning back to my Original Mechanic Mobil Auto Service 2035 Michigan ave

Owners Marc and Frank Laham damaged my vehicle and refuse to pay for it. No one is certified to repair any vehicle at this shop which is now firestone nor firestone at 11 and gratiot. They also allow uncertified mechanics to work on cars at their other 2 shops good year at gratiot and seven mile. And good year at Livernois and Davison. These people dont even pay their cleaning service. Amber grossi and Jami.
Terrible experience. They made me jump through a million hoops to get my car fixed, only to get overcharged and for things that weren't even wrong with my car in the first place (checked with a mechanic afterwards). PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Amazing service. The mechanics are really good and know what they're doing. Honest guys and make sure you're satisfied and your car is safe before you leave.
The only reason i gave one star is because the page would not let me publish .SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE .I would not recommend this place .and after I posted this i remember a instance when I was at there shop and they had a vehicle going up on the lift and the back end of vehicle fell back OFF THE LIFT i dont think there intentions were to let the owner know is what I belive and that is truth!!
